Russell Brand files for divorce from Katy Perry. Why?

A fairy-tale story has a bittersweet ending indeed, between Katy Perry and Russell Brand, when Russell Brand filed for a divorce in Los Angeles on Friday stating: "Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage, I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends."

Few weeks ago, rumors whirl that the 2 split up but both laughed over the gossip, with Russell guesting in Ellen DeGeneres spilling: "I am really happily married"


The ex-couple who's head over heels with each other before the separation spotted without their wedding rings in few weeks before holidays, while Russell in  U.K. the California pop star seen in Hawaii.
