It isn't salvia no more, right miley? A scandal revelation was announced by the birthday girl in her party at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher's Madhouse Club in El Lay last week, saying "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know yo smoke way too much f***in' weed."
