So what's a psoriasis? a skin disorder that occurs in the form of red, flaky patches on the body -- and a fret beauty problem that her mother, Kris, has suffered from since the age of 30.

"People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect," Kardashian, 30, said during the episode. "When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?"
