Leighton Meester," Gossip Girl" star filed a suitcase to her mom Constance Meester, used money for plastic surgery and beauty expenses.
TMZ scoops: Leighton’s younger brother Lex, is suffering severe medical condition. She’s helping her brother by sending $7,500 a month thru her mom for Lex.
According to the suit, Constance said they had an oral contract which requires Leighton to give her $10,000 a month, lasts for lifetime.
Leighton denied about it, says it's a total lie. She wants the judge to declare that there’s no existing contract between her and her mom, Constance.
Leighton also claims that her mom even threatened her to file a $3 million lawsuit against her unless Leighton started to cough it up.
